Calabash Express takes pride in the quality of its garments. We understand that at times our strict quality control department may miss a certain flaw. We also understand that purchasing garments online can lead to an inaccurate estimation of the size that will fit you right.
Therefore, we offer the following return policy:
All claims must be made no later than 14 days from the day item(s) were shipped.
Damaged garments or inaccurate size will be exchanged once the original garment is returned and received in our facility. We will cover shipping for any damaged or inaccurate size item sent.
(1) We will NOT accept returns or exchanges on masks, t-shirts, and jewelry, and (2) on garments and accessories that have been [clearly] worn, altered, washed or scented. Calabash Express reserves the right to refuse any compromised garments affected by the individual factors mentioned above.
How to process an Exchange/Refund
- Contact Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to process your exchange or refund with your stated intent into the email subject – entitled “Exchange” or “Refund” and your order number. Please include your order number along with your first and last name, and contact information. We will reach out to you asap with the an address to return item(s) to. Accordingly, you may ship through your preferred courier at your own expense.
- Order the replacement item with your Customer Service representative via email.
Once your return package has arrived at our facility, please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your exchange or refund. You will receive an email confirmation advising when your replacement item has been shipped, or when you refund has been finalized.
